• Only eligible candidates as per the guidlines/advertisement can fill up the form.
• After filling up application form click on submit button to save your application.
  • You may take print out of the application form.
  • Only submitted application will be considered.
• Before uploading photo and signature ensure that.
  • Photo size should be less than 50 kb. (Preferred dimension : 200 x 230 px).
  • Photo should be clear, not blured and should not be selfie.
  • Signature size should be less than 20 kb. (Preferred dimension : 140 x 60 px).
  • Other Documents size should be less than 200 kb.
